Thor's ATK/DEF are fine, though given the gamestate nowadays, you do have to spend 2 Tributes for this, and being vulnerable to effect removal doesn't help

Since cards evoked are immediately sacrificed, Not Dead After All makes it so you got to cheat it onto the battlefield much easier - especially good on cards like Grief and Fury
